Can a Honda Accord 2.2 liter engine work without balance shaft belt?
Also, at what RPMs do the vibration on the crank shaft start?
UPDATE: Sorry it should have said "without" instead of "with"

I cannot understand your question.
I believe that 2.2 engine does have a balance shaft belt.
I once made a mistake and installed a balance shaft belt 180 degrees off. It idled fairly well but when driving, (at about 2000 rpm) the car was making a very bad sound.
I hope that answers your question,
Regards,
Sam

Since the balance belt also drives the oil pump, it's probably not advisable

Honda Accord 2.2. used two shaft to balance engine. If i am not wrong here, it is balance follow the princicle of the Lanchester
Method install is:
shaft 1 have mark on pulley and block engine
shaft 2 have not mark but we do as follows:
-Remove bolt used hexagon 12 next to shaft (bolt is putted perpendicular with balance shaft)
-measure distance in the hole with bock
Distance about 8mm, that is ok
Install balance belt
It is sure to noise will out
