96 taurus GL brake issues

I recently bought a 96 taurus GL. The owner said it needed rear right caliper. Brakes were good enough to drive it 5 miles home. After checking out the car, it was alot more than the caliper. Replaced both rear calipers, rear rotors, brake pads, brake line, and all 4 brake hoses. Bled each brake several times to get air out. We seemed to have had it back in working order. Drove it a few miles...perfect. It had to sit for a week, until I could get tires for it. When I went to take it to get tires, no brake at all. Fluid and air was coming up out of the master cyclinder cap. All calipers seem to be working. Bled brakes again, 3 are good, no air, but front left has fluid and air. What would cause more air into the system. I've read so many things and am getting overwhelmed by everything. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. I can give more specifics if necessary.

replace master cylinder cap gasket if leaking.....as far as bleeding goes the wheel closest to master cylinder would be bleed last.rr/lr/fr/lf. after you bleed you still get air out of the left front caliper when you bleed?if air is getting in then fluid is leaking somewhere.look for any wet lines/fittings.the purpose to bleeding is to get air out....you should have air in system after the master cylinder went dry.after you bleed left front does air constantly come out?

Replaced cap and gasket. After bleeding brakes, air and fluid still come out of left front caliper. bled 4 times this evening, still air. We have tightened every fitting we could find, dont see anything leaking. The other 3 are all fluid. There is no brake at all when bleeding, goes to floor automatically. ABS light is on, just noticed. Is there something with ABS that should be done?

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but are you sure you're bleeding the brakes correctly? It's difficult to get a feel for someone's experience over a post on the Internet. ;)
