Chirping PS Pulley

'98 Expresso, DOHC, MTX and the pulley area of the PS pimp is chirping. I assume that the pump bearing is on it's' way out, guess that the way to go is to replace pump and save pulley. Your thoughts.

That has been my experience with that sound.
