Tools or tricks to clean interior dash,crevasses etc?

Looking for advice on easiest way to clean the hard to reach places inside my vehicle to like new condition. Tried q tips cloth wrapped around a paint stir stick.........there must be a better way? Any experienced advice welcome

I always use a straight bristle brush or different paintbrushes to get to the tough spots, it works pretty well.
