clutch master cylinder?

This is the clutch master cylinder right? The rubber boot is leaking and this is why my 85 300zx 5 speed, the clutch pedal is going down to the floor and the clutch resevoir won't keep fluid. Can you just change the boot? Or do you have to replace the entire cylinder? Is there anything special that has to be done? Transmissions make me nervous. Do I have to line anything up with anything inside the transmission?
