Can I change Tire & Wheel sizes on a 2011 Patriot?

Hi all!
My 2011 Patriot Latitude Original tires and wheels were P215/60R17 95T. I have a friend who gave me his brand new (10 MIles) set of Cadillac ATS stock wheels and tires (he changed them out on delivery of the new car). They are P225/45R17. Will I be able to swap them for the original tires and wheels on my Patriot? They look great and since I need a new set of tires, I am hoping this will work. (The new wheels look great also!)
