Popping noise while turning Steering Wheel

Just replaced front cv axles; bad boots and joints, also lower control arms. When I turn the wheel going slowly foward (5-20mph) I get a pop noise at 1,5,7,11'oclock. It is very faint sounding but I can feel the vibration from under the floor by the clutch to the steering column. Any suggestions would be great. PS. Dont think its axles or joints as they are new.
