2 Fast 2 Furious: Movie Review

ok ill prolly be flamed and hated for years for writing this, but its my opinion, you dont have to believe it.


anyway, i thought this film was better than expectations, and i personally liked the first one, despite all its flaws, this one was good, yet not as good as the first. i didnt notice any kind of descrepincies like the first one had, 7 gears, no floor etc, just good suspensful and exciting car action. The acting however was a different story, terrible in all aspects of it, not even Paul Walker was as good as the first role, and i dont even wanna mention Tyrese.

anyway, there was an actual story and it didnt really revolve around the cars this time. Paul and Tyrese must infiltrate a drug cartel and make a bust for the US Customs Dept in Miami, if they can do it, they will both get clean rap sheets.

I enjoyed this film for the action sequences, the cars, and the few good laughs you get along the way, however if the acting was much better it would have gotten a higher score(add 1/2star if you dont care bout the acting)

2 stars out of 4. Rated PG-13 For violence, Crude Humor, and Street Racing.

Hollywood Homicide may be next week, but im not really feeling it, so sorry to disappoint, i may be taking a week off from the reviews, prolly the first in about 3 months.

therez couple things that i didnt care for, but over all its a pretty good movie in my opinion.. i dun' care wha other peeps say or think bout this.. and i bet some peeps like the movie but dont wanna say so cuz peeps would roast em' :rolleyes: its a good movie for the family to watch. :smile:

shit, i liked the movie yo!!! it was sweet as fuck!

I hate to admit it, but it really wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be.

I finally got around to watching Matrix: Reloaded. I think 2F&2F can wait until it hits the bargain bin at the video store :p Like the first one wasn't bad enough ;)

that movie kicked ass! saw it lastnight with some friends for my b-day :smile: hehe, i loved it :bigthumb:

setanta it really wasnt that bad, aside from the acting in my opinion which wouldve got a better rating from me, it was a good movie.

IMO both part one and 2 SUCKED. Corny as hell. What a waste of 7 bucks. thats gas money rite there! Did anybody count how many times they shift? I think they have 20 gears in each car?:lol: How pathetic.:rolleyes:

The first part made me sad tho... poor poor skyline.

they shift a lot cause they are rarely racing in a strait line and they have to slow down for turns so they gotta downshift or whatevr......

yea, it wasnt a drag race, it was a road race, so they would be downshifting enetering turns and shit.

very good movie...i was impressed at how much different it was....i thought they were gonna straight line race like the 1st but was surpprised when they started taking turns:bigthumb: .....the smartest person in the whole movie was the guy in the red rx-7.....u know the part...that was funny:iceslolan

im surprised him, his car and like Ludacris's rides werent it it more, but im glad this was based more on a story, then just on the cars.

I loved the movie because it was way more realistic. None of the cars ever broke 120 mph and when they did jumps (the bridge) and landed their cars actually did what they were supposed to do...break! Nice movie 3 out of 4.:bigthumb:

the greatest part was the guy in the back saw that the bridge was up and he was like "oh hell naw!"

Heven't seen it but I heard it was good. But I really wanna see Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines. The movie preview looks awesome. Is Quattro Noza ever gonna come out on VHS or DVD????

Amen. I went and seen the first one when it was in the theater.. That was good enough for me.

i just got back from the theatre, and i am actually in AWE, this movie is actually worth seeing! no more stupid ricer shit no more NOS this time they ACTUALLY call it "nitrous" lol anyway, in all honesty i would give it 3 stars, 3 1/2 if the acting was better and that cop chick got naked :D

Well I went and saw it last night, I can't really say it was worth watching in my opinion. I mean, I'm not saying it was horrible and filled with flaws like the first one, but I just didn't see anything amazing in it. I would wait till it hit the video stores to see it.

Oh yea, audi, that U.S. Customs chick. I have a Bud Light cardboard Standee with her on it in my dining room :biggrin:
