2003 Tilt Lock Lever

I have a friend that has a 2003 Honda CRV.
The Steering Wheel Tilt Lock Lever is getting real loose and she wants to know if we can tighten it back up.
Can anyone give me some pics and/or instruction's on how to go about fixing this.
