Crane Cams V8 StockCar Racers Round Three at Roebling Road

The Crane Cams V8 StockCar Racers will descend on Roebling Road Raceway in Bloomingdale, Georgia for round three of the Series. The 2.02 mile Roebling course is a favorite of racers in the Southeast with its' technical backside which rewards smooth driving and patience and the 2600 foot long front straight which allows the fastest cars to hit 170 mph. The series will be running with the Buccaneer Region SCCA at their annual Jim Stark Memorial double SARRC event.

Ron Stanley will return in his Porterfield Enterprises V8 GT-1 class Dodge Charger to battle with Ray Webb in his C5 Corvette, Carolina race winner Mark Davis in his Camaro, and Wayne Cabaniss in his C4 Corvette. In V8 GT-2 look for Squeak Kennedy in the Bemco Corvette to test Bill McGavic in his giant killing Mazda RX-7, Joshua Barnes in his Porsche and others.
Tad Segars will be on hand to begin his quest for a PitBoxes.com V8 SPO championship after coming home third in the points chase last year. Newcomer, Jeff Ashley will debut his new Pitboxes.com V8 SPO Chevy SS. Two time Howe Racing V8 GTA champ Randy Walker will look to add to his class leading points total in his Howe Racing built, Walker Properties Camaro.
