By shear coincidence I met someone today with a 1973 Corvette shooting brake in nearly the same colour as yours. One of only 67 made by Greenwood and most certainly the only one in the UK. This example is close as:

Amazing result indeed! I can't believe the transparent parts fit so perfectly to the body! I really love the neat black trims on the back edge of the transparent parts, no imperfections at all! This model is so perfect that the only defect I can find is the lack of the B-pillars, but I guess it could be an intentional choice.
