02 Continental brake problem

My left front wheel brake was dragging and getting hot.You could smell the brake lining. I replaced both front calipers and the car was fine for a few weeks. Today the left front brake started dragging again and you could smell the lining. The car has 100,00 miles on it .The brake pads and rotors were replaced 6 months ago.I don't know what to check,I don't think the new caliper is causing it . It's doing the same thing it did before I changed it. What else could cause one brake to act like this?

I may have found the problem with the brake hose on the left front wheel.I plan to dissect the hose to visibly see how it failed .Apparently the hose was blocking the fluid release.

Brake line breaks down internally. Pieces of rubber become like a one way check valve blocking fluid from returning.
