My 1994 Lincoln towncar has a starting problem after 3 or 4 short journeys.It will turn over but not fire.Only when it is left to stand for 20 minutes will it then start with no problem. On the last episode I noticed the electric front windows did not work for a few minutes after starting but then functioned ok.Obviously an electrical fault but where?

I have spent a lot of money on maintenance but nobody seems to be able to cure this. Any help out there PLEASE ?
