It depends on how big the pic is at the moment, and what format its in.

I know many photo processing places have software that will fill in extra pixels to help enlargment look better, and some formats save more information than others which makes enlargements better.

also, the higher resolution a pic is, the bigger it can get blown up.

AUTOCADD is when you have a computer arm draw out a design.... just take it somewhere and they'll do a high res scan and blow it up for you.

yeah i know.... i use AutoCADD alot in drafting alot to scratch-build designs and stuff... its just that i heard that you can blow up the image using that and not lose quality...

sorry for asking but ...where can i bring the pic to blow it up at? any photo places?

AutoCAD is used for technical drawings(parts/buildings,etc.), it's got nothing to do with resizing image/picture files, at least not that I know of.
