Looking to do engine swap need some advice

I plan on putting a b-series engine in my crx and I already have a non vtec motor and I wanted to know if there was anyway I can make the mom vtec motor into a vtec motor? How would I do this?

which non vtec motor do you have? you can add a vtec head. just depends on which motor you have as to which head fits
