2003 sxt head swap/ r/t

Hey everyone I'm new here and kinda new to the neon game, I would appreciate any advice, my question is, I've been looking at way to increase the power in my 2.0 I have a 2003 neon sxt and I've been hearing about an r/t head swap for it, my question is how would I go about doing such a swap things I would need, and also heard of putting the comp 400 in when doin the swap what would I need to do that as well. And if you can give me any other upgrades I can do to the car to improve power and torque, without pulling the engine apart.
