1994 Camry Brake issues

Hello!
I have a 1994 camry. It has brake issues so we replaced the master cylinder. Didn't solve the problem. Found a brake line (passenger front) that was bulged and broken. Replaced that. Finally got somewhere sort of. We bled and pumped out all the air out of the brake lines and the brake pedal finally began to feel completely firm and repaired. So we jumped in to take it for a spin and as soon as we turned it on the brake depressed completely and we lost all brake pressure and had virtually no brakes. Any help or advice? Also its a non-ABS model thank you! Matthew

Possibilities I can think of that are simple.
The bleeding got screwed up - Did you bleed the master cylinder?
The rear brakes were badly adjusted at some point. See if they need adjusting.

^ Add a defective master cylinder to Brian's suggestions. Yes, I know it's new (or rebuilt), but you can have defective parts right out of the box. This is especially true of rebuilt parts.

I really appreciate the suggestions guys and I will use them this weekend when I work on it. The master cylinder I believe was an authentic toyota part however I do understand it could still be defective. Fingers crossed its not though. Brake boosters go bad when you barely slow down like mine are however the brake pressure is firm which is not my case. Another hunch is to investigate the entirety of the brake lines. But if neither of these work I will be back!

It's either a bad master, or you have leaking line or connection somewhere. That's it.
