530i no start

Posted on other forums but little viewing so here goes. 1994 1/2 530i M60 MT and she will not start, new fuel pump and filter, new ignition switch, car unlocked using key remote, when key is turned to ON we have fuel flow to injectors, as sonm as key is turned to Start, the fuel pump shuts off and no start.
