Corroded Battery Cables

Our 98 Caravan has been having some electrical / possible charging problems. Well my battery cables are all corroded going into the lead clamps. Does any one have any tips for replacing the cables and clamps? What did you use to splice the 2 or 3 wires to a single cable connected to the clamps. Any help would be appreciated.

Best to go with OEM cables from a dealership or you could take a chance at a junkyard. EBay?
