Custom interior time

Hey guys, if anyone knows how to remove a dashboard on a 91 civic id really appreciate any replies. I want to upgrade, and I saw a 91 integra dash I can install, but I need to get mine out first. Someone help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
