Right front Signal-Hazard light

I have a 2001 Grand Caravan.
My wife complained that her blinker was fast when she used the Right side.
Sure enough the right front signal light didn't work.
I replaced the bulb and it still doesn't work.
No 4 way or signal from that bulb/socket. Marker side of the bulb does work.

I checked all of the connections and plugs at the head light. They seem fine and have good continuity.
Where does the signal-hazard wire go? Is there more plugs or junction blocks some where?

Do you have power at pin #1 (white/tan wire) of the light harness connector? Do you have continuity from pin #1 to pin #3 on the light assembly connector? Turn sig/hazards power comes from the BCM through the IPM then out to the light assembly.

Whats an IPM.
Also I do have a very weak signal, just enough to see my meter barley move when the blinker is on.

IPM? Integrated Power Module, your fuse box under the hood. Low voltage at pin #1? If that's the case could be your meter isn't quick enough to see the voltage as it turns on and off. I would suspect a bad ground path through the light assembly (pin#1 to #3). Try swapping the left and right light assemblies. Right side still dead? Take a good look at the connections on the bottom of the IPM. They are known as a corrosion magnet on early 4th generation vans. First, disconnect the negative battery cable.

Here's the power path:
BCM pin 3 connector C2
IPM pin 10 connector C8 (in)
IPM pin 3 connector C2 (out)
Rt Front light pin 1

White wire with tan tracer throughout.

After disconnection the battery I flipped the fuse panel over and Unplugged the green connector. Some had green corrosion on them. I tried to clean them up with a small brush and blew the connecter out. I wiggled the wires around and plugged the it all back together and hooked up the battery.
Now I get no dash display, blinkers etc.
I checked the fuses and One was blown for the 12v out/ignition/batt(20a). Put a new fuse in and I still have no dash display.

Where to go from here?

Deja vu - I linked this thread to someone on another forum not 5 minutes ago. It all has do do with the hazards fuse and wiring to it on the IPM: http://forum.chryslerminivan.net/showthread.php/14237-Fix-for-Instrument-Panel-Turn-signals-Faint-Chime-and-Hazard-Lights-not-working?p=134967#post134967

Got the dash gauges working again by cleaning the contact spots on the single odd wire going to the positive terminal on the battery.
The fuse box very poor design to have that box out in the open like that with no protection from moisture.
Still no front right blinker, haha, one thing at a time.
Thanks RIP for sending me in the right direction.

I have the right front signal working again!
It was a broken wire.
I had to run and splice a new one in.
I have no idea why it broke but its fixed.

Nice work. Remember the wire color ID and location of the break?

I only traced it so far. From what I could see there was no real distinct break out in the open.
The wire was on the blue Plug under the fuse box in the engine bay. the wire was white with an orange stripe.
I replaced that one right too the socket plug.
