How much can I tow with my 3500?

Its 2000 diesel, I will be towing a 7000lb trailer, how much more can I load in the back of the truck safely?

Check with your owner's manual.
There's towing info on the end of the driver's door or pillar.

Not sure I understand this, what does this mean as far as a combination of towing and dead weight in the truck?
