Okay, im gonna be ordering some Dropzone coilovers this monday, the total price is $113.82. Now my question(s) is for anyone that have these, how good is the ride with these coilovers on? and are they strong and dependable? Thanks

they are strong, but they are ROUGH!!. the only height that wasnt rough was so low that i scraped all the time. had no problems with the adjusters slipping or anything, but damn they were rough. my friend has them on his integra now, and they are rough for him too. they blew out a set of stock struts in 3 months

no, strut bars just tighten things up, its the springs that ride rough

I have a set of dropzone coilovers and blew a strut the first DAY!!! You can order a set of good rear struts of ebay for 83.00$ However most struts are not under warrenty with coilovers because of the chance of them blowing. You shouldnt lower your car past 1.5" - 2"

dude ... get springs, it will ride better and the struts wont blow as quick :bigthumb:

i thought about it, but since im getting rims (eventually) i dont wanna have to be restricted on what size rims i get just because of the lowering springs. I found a set of OBX coilovers for 165, any better or same deal?

if you have bad winters than coilovers are the way to go, you should get some aftermarket struts though, and dont drop them below 2"... i was advised no lower than 1.5" but i have heard 2 from other people... the lower you drop the more problems your going to have

how would you be restricted on rims based on lowering your car? You might have to roll the fenders but thats about it

yea true, okay so I wont be restricted by the lowering springs, but I still wanna invest in coilovers becuase we do have bad winters here, especially the last one atleast 7in of snow fell my car did fine at stock height so thats another reason why I wanna get a set of coilovers.
