There is a little screw on the shaft that holds it in place, it might be facing down which makes it a little hard to see. It should be there. I had the same problem on my 90 hatch. What I did was put evrything back together start the car turned it off, pulled the cap off and the screw was facing up, luckily I only had to do this twice before the screw was facing up. Hope this helps.

Yup there is a little screw in there it requires an alan wrench it is very small and you should be getting a new one when you buy a new rotor!

U will see how small this little shit is. BTW make sure its on there good cause they do fall out, they make it feel like your timing belt just broke very horrible feeling when ur on the freeway!

Quick tip behind the drivers wheel in the wheel well there is a bolt sticking out you can move it wih a socket and it will turn ur rotor so you dont have to put everything back on and start the car!

Check it out!:D

Yea, thats a time saver....that would be the crank bolt. I believe its a 17mm hex bolt if I remember right.

If you leave your car in gear you could drift the car back or forward enough to get the rotor screw to point upward, or turn the crank pulley.

When you do this use the right sized hex wrench, too small and you might strip the insides of that screw which would be a major PITA to fix.

Also put some Loctite on the threads of the screw because sometimes vibration can make the screw come out, happened to me with my D15 and it fucked up my car.
