Removing EGR Valve 97 F-150

I am having a problem removing the right bolt on the EGR valve. The left one was extremely tight and the right one wont budge. Is this a special bolt and does it turn the opposite (wrong) direction to loosen?

No it is not a special bolt. Because of the nature of its element, the bolts can seize up. Soak it with PB Blaster and keep working it. Good Luck.
