1992 E150 turn signal switch

I like to change the turn signal switch as the high beam light can't hold, wiper intermittent control doesn't work. I saw there were 3 screws in the bottom cover of the steering column, but the ignition switch is blocking the top cover. Would any experts tell me the procedure? Thanks
