Interesting. I'd like to know too. Some quick nosing around didn't yield anything.

Twisting the words from ' Future Car ' to ' Car of the Future ' we could be getting a V8 Supercar.

Naaah, I don't think so but I'd love to see one in plastic

I can't see it happening either...... but there is the Japanese involvement in the series now, courtesy of Nissan....
Can't see it happening for a second, but it would be awesome... The number of control components now means it would be 'relatively' economical to tool up a single chassis... only the body / decals would differ....

Most likely a rebox of one of Blade Runner kits without license.

Seems unlikely - Aoshima has just re-popped their three DMC12 kits which are still very nice.

That would be rather epic if that were the case. But I seriously have my doubts (price point far less than Aventador kit, for instance)

Product Description
This item is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item. Click here for sizing chart. (http://www.hlj.com/size.html#popup_content)
Fujimi follows up on their hugely popular Police Spinner from Blade Runner (http://www.hlj.com/product/FUJ09132) with this little-known variation: the "future car," as seen only briefly in the movie "Back to the Future Part II!" According to Fujimi, the kit parts are identical, which makes sense since the prop used in Back to the Future Part II was the same as used in Blade Runner.
