bought a bad car from the dealership

i bought a 2013 honda cr-v and is got some problem to it and we have taken back to the service department almost everyweek and the problem is still there .... i want to know is there a way to return the car or exchange for a different but same type

You need to get ahold of Honda customer service. There should be a phone number in your owners manual, or you can get it from your dealer. Explain your situation to them and they will contact the dealer. They may be able to work a "buy back" deal.

Most states have consumer protection laws for situations like yours. If repeated attempts to fix a problem are not successful, the manufacturer has the obligation to replace your car.

There are certain criteria that must be met, but you may qualify. Do some research and take the required steps to resolve the situation under this law, either by the dealer and Honda taking the necessary steps to fix, or replacing the vehicle.
