2005 Focus instrument panel warnings dim

Focus with dimly light CEL, ABS & OD off lights that stay on dim:
Verified repair. I just did this today, and it solved the problem.
I had an 05 focus in the shop today with all LED lights working properly, however when the CEL, ABS & (amber) OD off light were supposed to be off (even with the ignition off) they would remain illuminated dimly.
I dis-assembled the instrument panel cluster to leave only the PCB (circuit board). I thoroughly cleaned the entire PCB board (except the face of the display screen) with MAF spray, (mass airflow cleaner: a non-lubricated electronic cleaner spray--NOT BRAKE CLEAN), and then dried with an air nozzel & re-assembled.
ALL lights now work properly & no dim residual lights!!!
