need a couple of brackets made

can anyone help?Here's a rough guide to what I need.

I'm sure any good machine shop would quote on it but the price of the material, unobtainium, would kill you.....;)

Wow, amazing to see that actually surface on the net.

At the first company I worked at they used to give that to machine shop apprentices as a joke, thank goodness I worked in the design office.
