Need help picking first car

I'm 16 ½ and I'm soon to buy my first car. My budget is pretty high (~20 000€(please don't call me "spoiled" for that, I got a huge inheritance)). I'm quite noob in the area of working with cars(I deal with smaller engines like snowmobiles), but I'd like a tuning-friendly car that has good handling and doesn't require too much maintenance. Any advises? :)
