Hi,
My 2005 town and country with 120,000 miles passenger door has stopped working. I've fixed the wiring in the track previously and that is still in tact. It worked for a while after that fix but stopped again. It makes a click when you hit the button but nothing happens. Is my next step to fix that actuator? Can this part be tested? They run about $70 at the store. Thanks!

maybe the harness failed again...can the door open manually. If so open it all the way and close it with the switch and see if it locks automatically competely

Put a volt meter across the motor. When you activate the door, you should get 12 volts. If you do get the 12 volts and nothing happens, replace the motor. If you do not get the 12 volts, trace the wires back till you find the problem.

They sell replacement door wire harnesses on the net.

If it only clicks, then I think that the motor is not getting enough power.
