Hi gang, My 96 Camry LE has an oil leak coming from what looks to be a bolt hole on the right side of the engine. She has 171K miles, good condition. I'm not entirely sure it's the rear main seal as people keep telling me. Help.

Engine mounted transversely. Front of engine is on Right side of compartment. Can't get a good pic of it. Looks like a mounting hole for whatever is mounted on the front of the engine is where leak is coming from. Oil sump? Oil system? Not quite sure.

If you say its coming from the front of the engine that rules out the rear main seal as previously mentioned. Is there a bolt in this hole or is it open? Suggest you go to autozone.com and sign up for their car help thingy. It'll help ya identify the leak more accurately with pictures. Maybe you can copy/paste those pictures here,(with little circles and arrows on them or something). Report back.
