I`m not really happy with the Shapeways quality, I ordered
one wheel set 3 times, 3 times ultra detail, 3 times useless

There is indeed some clean up and smoothing involved.
You may want to try the FUD (Fine Ultra Detail)????
I`m not really happy with the Shapeways quality, I ordered
