ALMS class position lights

Does anyone know a source or have suggestions for the three led lights on the sides of ALMS cars? I haven't been able to find photo etched or decals to recreate them.

Renaissance has made them in different diameters. You only have to paint with tamiya clear paints (yellow, red, blue or green).
