gsr resonator

where exactly is the resonator? is it inside the wheel well or is it just the pipe which connects to the air box. would it be a good idea to take of the air box as well?

The resonator is in front of the pass side wheel. take this off and you will gain some good hp for free. Leave the stock air box though it will help pull air from the bottom where it will be a lillte cooler.

any tips on rippin the bad boy out? take off the front bumper? thats a pain in the ass

no dude. You don't have to pull the bumper off. Take the wheel off, take the fender well out, (be careful with the clips that hold it on), and unbolt half of the mud guard that goes under the radiator. You'll see it way up in there, it's a big white thing. I think there are 3 or 4 bolts that hold it in. The last bolt sucks though. It's waaaay up there. So if it still seems stuck and you don't know why, don't rip it out, it's that damn mystery bolt.
