Oil cooler fittings 96 vs 99

I am wondering if the oil cooler fittings that are on the radiator are the same for a 96 and 99 s10 blazer?

I put a radiator from a 99 in the 96 and the top oil cooler line was spraying oil when I started the vehicle. I checked the oil cooler line and there is play in the fitting. The radiator is brand new.

I would imagine they're the same. If the radiator part number is interchangeable, that will confirm they are.

Check that the o-ring is in place and seated properly... it would not be the first time a new rad is missing an o-ring... luckily they usu ship extras in the box.

I checked the fitting and realized the o ring was in fact missing. Thanks for the advice! You were correct.
