Painting the dash

Ok so painting the plastic parts of the dash is easy does any one know how to paint the top of the dash i thikn its leather or something?

Im pretty sure its made out of vinyl. A company called SEM makes a vinyl paint. My friend used it to redo the interior of his pickup and it came out like new. If you do it just make sure to take your time. We got it at a local automotive paint shop. If you have one in your town ask about it.
