1999 honda dx 2.3l

wont start now. car has been missing on occassion but always started until the other day it started and i drove about 20 feet and it stumbled and died like it ran out of gas. i replaced the fuel pump in a bad guess but still willnot start. turns out that it has no spark. tested icm its tests fine. rotor turns, fuel in rail, no spark at plugs. which would be the next guess i am on ss and short of funds. i noticed it missing once in a while and thought it was wires but i dont know now what to think thanks for looking guys
