Hello buddies,
I wonder where I can get this transkit for 1/12 Tamiya Datsun Fairlady 240ZG:

I got these pictures of this Datsun made by a great modeler called 'POCHERMAN' (http://pocherman.tistory.com/), but I have not found on their website about transkit reference, nor any way to contact him to ask about it.

You're in luck, I think it was a guy here who made that ( or was it on SPC??). I remember following the build up of the wheel and tire... Don't remember is name but if you search a bit, you should find....

It looks to me like NOTHING from the trans-kit shown was used on that build..... the grey flares are the standard ZG that come with the kit and no spoilers have been fitted either.
Still.... looks like an interesting trans-kit, I could be interested in one if you find any details.
There was a company in Mexico that made a BRE trans-kit for the Tamiya 240ZG..... it may be their work.... I can't remember their name though.

WOW... thats just about the most useless website I've even seen... with or without translations.
I guess its still not completed, or they just gave up on it.

Hi guys,
Admittedly, the set of tires that the modeler has installed the kit, not the same of the transkit. And it is also true that the flares are the original Tamiya kit. However, I'm sure I've seen pictures of another Datsun built by 'Pocherman', where he has used the spoilers.
Thank you very much to all for the various sources of information. I will continue investigating. Or better yet, I'll see if I can contact Pocherman.
Thank you very much ;)

Perhaps this one?

Or maybe this one ?

It would look much better still if built like this one though.

Heres a link to the page on Pochermans site that shows the transkit.

Thank you very much Dan.
Precisely these are the photos that I meant. Now, seeing it seems to me that the model with that transkit, would greatly exaggerated ... I think with the set of tires and wheels, would be more than enough.
Cheers,
Ed

Stump did make the wheels similar to those and sold some sets. I don't know if he has any left though.
