FYI, the next time you do general maintenance on your car you might want to inspect the brake caliper mounting brackets on your rear axel.
I found out that my rear right one had some issues in the braking zone @ 10A @ Road Atlanta!!!

Will make sure to inspect the welds extra close before the rear end goes back in the chassis. 10A isn't the best place for brake issues to pop up.

It was very exciting!!!! Came to rest on the turn out of the "motor cycle chicane // drift" area next to the bridge. Amazingly the only casualty was the brake line. The wheel prevented the caliper from separating from the rotor. It was spinning with the wheel. Everything else seems to be fine. Will find out for sure in 10a this weekend.

I've hit oil going into 10A before and ended up taking a nasty ride through the gravel. That stuff is more pebbles/stones than gravel. But better than hitting the wall for sure.

I have had the brake mount crack as well. I ended up sending the rear end housing to coleman to have the axle tubes replaced along with all the brackets. Also heavy braking use seems to twist those brackets around so shimming and monitoring is important. They change over time and eventually break.
