1965 Malibu SS

My newest project. Revell SS396. But I want this to be a standard SS small block, maybe a 327 or 283. This means creating a whole new taillamp panel.

Drilled out the holes in the steering wheel and made the spoke a little thinner. Thought some straight pins would make good dash knobs. What do you guys think?

Finished the rear end. Hope it will look a whole lot better once its painted and foiled.

Started to detail the firewll. Mimiced tape wrapped wire harness by twisting thin stretched spue. Later I will goop on some black paint to make it look more real.

This is one of my favorite cars from that era! Can't wait to see the finished product
