Does my 2004 360 have a separate battery for the alarm??

Yes it does
There are two (2) small round batteries w/in the unit that go bad.
They are about $50.00 for both which is insane.
When they go bad they generally leak and damage the circuit board within the siren module.
There is a complete procedure available to install a small external battery
If you are not handy then it is best to have the entire module replaced.
It is about $400.00
