2006.5 optima 4cyl auto

Had my camshaft position sensor -- code P0011-- replaced 5,000 miles ago, the check engine light came on with the same code saying timing is being over advanced -- can anyone give me suggestions why this happened -- also is it harmful to run the car this way -- it seems to run fine -- i do city driving -- thanks
