2000 stratus viper starter problem

I'm trying to install a remote starter in a 2000 stratus. i have it all hooked up minus the power lock portion. It's all woking but will not start the car. Nor does it give off a code that there is a problem. thanks

I had an issue kinda like that on a chevy k1500, and it turned out to be it needed two constant power wires. I hooked both up, and the problem was I was looking for two different bigger gauge wires.. Once I fixed that it worked.. Also from what I have heard, some cars/trucks need an extra relay, kinda like a capacitor to give it that extra bit of voltage on starting only. hope that helped or pointed you in the right direction.
