'95 Corolla/Customization, Help please.

Yo guys, I had a few questions about the Corolla I just bought. It's my first car and I don't really know a lot about them; that's why I'm on these forums, so I can get a better understanding. I'm looking to increase the acceleration of it and also a little more HP, along with better suspension. When I go over a bump or take a U-turn it feels sort of rough and stiff. Also, the rear brakes squeal a bit when I stop slowly. Would I need new brake pads? and can I just replace the ones that squeal or do I need to replace all four? Is there a brake kit you can buy for all four wheels? Now, to the customizing. I wanted to get a ViS body kit that I saw on andy's auto sport and also drop the car just a couple inches. I wanted to black out the car entirely. How much would a decent paint job cost? Including the rims also. So black rims, black body, spoiler, and exhaust. The exhaust I want it to be just a smooth, deep sound. Not over-the-top obnoxious. But I also want to get performance out of it, not just a loud noise. Can you guys help me out with the steps I need to take first? What comes first and what comes last? Thanks peeps! :sunglasse
