Code p1750

Hey, Our transmission has been jumping when shifting gears. This past weekeend it got worse and the engine light an TCS light came on. Also the drive "D" light was flashing. We got the code checked and it was p1750. Does anyone know what it causing this and how we can fix it? BTW transmission fluid level is ok.
