I just got a d16a7 block from work and wanted to know if it was worth it to build. No head, crushed rod bearing. Could i swap on a z6 or y8 head?

Thats an HX Block right? if so they are kick ass w/ Vtec Heads i heard!!! my boy has it in his 96EX and not built up but w/ a Crane Cam Vtec is AWSOME!! Still not a B Series w/ Vtec, but better than any other SOHC Vtec i've been in!!!
