VW T1 Delivery Van 'LeMorris' Custom

Yesterday I completed the VW T1 Delivery Van in LeMorris style.

I build this model for a ''from paper to plastic'' contest. It means you need to replicate a drawing into a real plastic model. I used this drawing for my inspiration:

So that's it.

I really love the result of this one. I really like the color combination, however I would never think about this combination though. I had some struggle with the paint, some paint came with the masking tape after removing it. But finally I have a shiny VW bus in my cabinet.

The kit is a real plessure to build. It's simple, but the necessary details are there. You can customize this van in million different ways, but a stock version can also be nice. I just love these vans so much!

These are the extra's I used:

- Pegasus Chrome T's 20'' with lowprofile tyres
- Scale Production PE licenseplate holders and plates
- aluminium exhaust
- custom made safari windows
- VW logo cleaned
- ScaleMotorsport cowhide interior

Why I didn't saw that nice trio? Very nice built you did there. Three different lines or style and everyone has it own charme. I like this vans also very much.

WOW, I'm really diggin that one and really all 3 of them but the orange one is totally awesome and quite realistically detailed. Fantastic job man, I love it!
