how to remove bumper molding on 91 Accord?

How do I remove the fasteners that fasten the bumper to the car?

I got the molding off. To remove those fasteners, I had to drill them out. Of course, I'll have to replace them when I put the bumper molding back on the car. The local auto parts store has generic ones in a variety of sizes, so that's where I'll be looking to get replacement fasteners.
